BEST KITS / WORST KITS

Unfortunately I have to say that our home and away kits are utter garbage. No imagination and no style with away showing no regard for tradition (home not much better with the abundance of white at upper level- sleeves only please). Full credit must go to West Brom. Both their home and away shirts a...

Re: 2018/19 Away Kit

Wrong colour wrong badge.
Sums up what has happened to out club over recent years and it won't get better when Silent Stan takes control.
Would happily go back to the early 80s green and blue though!

Re: CESC FOR JACK?

He was never about pace, more about defence splitting passes.

Perry Groves had pace for God's Sake.

Re: CESC FOR JACK?

I still feel that Chelski do not appreciate what a great player they have in Cesc. He stays fit and doesn't get himself in the papers for the wrong reasons. He wanted to come back to Arsenal but there was some old French Duffer in charge at the time who couldn't swallow his pride and bring him back....

CESC FOR JACK?

Having just seen a very lean fit looking Cesc Fabregas on the world cup panel tonight coupled with Jack's recent disparaging social media comments I ask you - Would it be good business to offer Chelski Jack in return for Cesc.? I know there is an age difference but in temrs of fitness Cesc wins hand...

Re: Mediocre team v Shit team Sun 4th March

It's made for our arrogant inept clueless manager to once again completely overlook/underestimate Brighton and think we can just play 'our game' and win. 3-1 Brighton hopefully.
Black Armband at the ready!!
I wonder how many of us in the away end will actually celebrate when Brighton score?

Re: Carabao Cup Final v pimped small club | 16:30 | Sunday 25/02

Utterly predictable I'm afraid. City were poor .......we were a DISGRACE. Players not bothered, no fight, no spirit and no positivity until we were 3 down. could you imagine the likes of Rocky, Tony, Vieira, Henry playing in this manner? But according to Wenger we controlled the first half and the s...

Re: THE WENGER THREAD

We are an embarrassment.
Europa league qualification is the best we can hope for.

At least we have retained the ever dependable totally committed 100% man Ozil.

Player Development Wenger's main flaw. (Copy of leavers thread )

In this transfer window we have lost 3 players who will go on to prove at their new clubs that they are quality players who were totally mismanaged by our deluded leader. - Sanchez No denying his quality whilst at Arsenal but guess what he tired of Wenger's limitations. - Walcott A great prospect wh...

Re: A return to the 80s........the early 80s

Holding central midfielder playing at centre back v Citeh today. We really are going back to those early 80s (Mariner anybody). At least play a central midfielder there who has some experience of it (Elneny)if that is how you think you can win the game.. The masterplan really worked didn't it. No ea...

Re: A return to the 80s........the early 80s

My 'error' was a deliberate one to see if anyone was taking the point seriously (no seriously)!! No one remembers the Red Hand Gang then? Well how about The Latch Key Children? I digress. We are still inconsistent unpredictable crap. This will probably be proved this weekend when we are outclassed b...

Re: A return to the 80s........the early 80s

So all is rosy in the garden again after our emphatic 1 nil win over the 10 man Red Hand Gang (one for the teenagers). At least Wilshire looked the part and Giroud proved once again that he can contribute positively once during a match and at least this time it paid off. Re the 80s eleven nice to se...

A return to the 80s........the early 80s

I may be a bit strange but I am getting a degree of warped pleasure out of our current predicament! In the early 80s we were the classic sleeping giant slumbering along under the late great Don Howe regularly being beaten by the mighty powers of Stoke, Oxford Utd , Man City (who were a proper crap t...
