other matches this weekend

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

So we bottled it last season but nothing I hear about Liverpool say they’ve bottled it. Draw United. Loss Palace. Loss Everton.

Loss United cup. Loss Atalanta.

That is not a good run…

They wouldn’t dream of it. There will be a totally different narrative about this, if we had gone on that kind of run they’d be dancing around the studio taking the piss. Instead it’s like a fucking wake at Sky HQ

I switched off at that point, couldn’t take no more.

The fucking sombre interview they did with Klopp afterwards, I could barely hear the questions they were being delivered in such a hushed tone. Like a fucking wake in the studio

They'll be getting the candles, charity record and minute's silence out by lunchtime.

How long before Dyche's name gets added to that glittering roster of rotational managers....Woy, Allardyce, Warnock, McClaren......
The Shit Managers Merry-go-round? Dyche has been on it for a couple years.

It was only a few weeks back that they were planning on carrying Klopp shoulder high through the streets of Dublin after his final game in charge with the quadruple in the bag, sweeping all before them in a magical fairytale farewell. Now fast forward 5 horror show games after they’ve completely collapsed like a box of peckers out of Jordan’s burger and the narrative is that they’ve overachieved this season.
