Letting Agents.
For when you're too stupid and too much of a *word censored* to be an estate agent.
My daughter and her friends have just been trying to reserve a house to rent from Sept. As well as having to provide endless proof of everything, guarantors for everything, they have to pay every time the agent farts, including half a month's rent for August, despite the lease not starting until Sept 1st.
Utter, utter *word censored*.

For me this somehow puts all of our moaning etc on here about wenger etc into perspective.
If there is such a thing as 'God' then that God is sometimes a c.u.n.t.

The Stoke 3
The guy who ran on the pitch away at Southampton last season
Everyone who sang "we want Wenker Out" at Leicester
All the banner bearers
Everbody who is not prepared to accept the constant mediocrity we get served up and are expected to be grateful for and speaks up about it..
I thank you all.

This made me weep.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-40467110
Fair do's to Defoe: ""Away from football the relationship I've managed to develop with Bradley and what I've brought to his life and what he's brought to mine has been really special," he said.
"It's just been sad to see him go through what he has been and he's only six. But I still feel blessed that I'm able to be in his life."
There by the grace of god go our children.
