taking the last para about the sports centre for the locals issue. Arsenal have ploughed a lot of money into the regeneration side of the stadium move, which the locals have benefited from. Or have they? Were the people that live in the area better off with the club at Highbury and Drayton Park/Lough Road as they were? Do Arsenal owe them anything more?
One thing I will say, there are a lot of people that use the cut through from the Hornsey Road to Drayton Park's north end now. If Arsenal put gates up that stopped them doing that there would certainly be an outcry!
