Arsenal announce two pre-season matches

Gunners will play one Premier League side and one Serie A team

Arsenal men’s first team will play two matches in Singapore in July as part of Mikel Arteta's pre-season preparations.

The Gunners will play two matches during our stay, kicking off against AC Milan on Wednesday 23 July (730pm local time), before taking on Newcastle United on Sunday 27 July (730pm local time).

Both matches will be played in the 55,000-capacity National Stadium in Singapore.

Managing Director, Richard Garlick said: “It’s great that we’re coming back to Singapore in July to play against two quality opponents and meet so many of our brilliant supporters.

"Our men’s first team squad enjoyed trips to Singapore in both 2015 and 2018, when we made some great memories playing in the impressive National Stadium, where we'll return to play again this year.“

"The trip will give us the opportunity to connect with our supporters in this beautiful region, with the matches against AC Milan and Newcastle United promising to produce two exciting games, providing the squad with high-quality preparation ahead of the new season.

”Confirmation of our two matches in Singapore comes shortly after we announced our pre-season game against Tottenham Hotspur, which is being played in the recently opened Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong on Thursday, 31 July, completing our three-match tour in Asia."

The squad will return to London after the match against Tottenham to continue our preparations ahead of the 2025-26 Premier League season, which starts on the weekend of Saturday, August 16.

Ticket details for the matches in Singapore and Hong Kong, together with details on further pre-season matches, will be announced soon Arsenal say.
