Anyone else torn their cruciate ligament?

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Theres quite a few disabled areas round the ground 8)

BUT WTF- injury in Feb, op in Dec :cussing: :cussing:

Its not that long a wait round here I dont think :rubchin:
I intitaly did it in nov last year!!!! Serves me right for using the arsenal medical team (diaby says hi by the way)

I could email the box office but I've already sold my season ticket for the chavs game and my main concern is the travel up from bournemouth. I won't be able to drive and the train could be a nightmare on crutches and in pain. I'm a clumsy twat anyway so no doubt I'd end up breaking my other leg on the tube or something!

Best of luck with the surgery. My mate who I posted about earlier in the thread who was running round on a torn ACL for months had reconstructive surgery nearly 1 year ago. Was on crutches for a while but he seems to have recovered quite well, certainly no major setbacks and has been doing everything at the gym for about 6 months now.

All depends on the particular circumstances but doesn't always have to be a horror story at least...
